JAMES
BARTHOLET,in 1989.

twenty
years later this award winning television and radio program

web site has been informing and entertaining it’s audience

interviews, and exciting locations and topics every week.

James, who originally hails from the San
Francisco Bay Area,
came to Los Angeles in the early 80’s to further his acting
career.
He has appeared in numerous film and television programs,
and stage productions.
James’
television appearances include roles on
THE BONEHEADS, GENERAL HOSPITAL, BEAUTY AND THE
BEAST,
DESIGNING WOMEN, MURDER SHE WROTE, THE NEW WKRP IN CINCINATTI, PRIVATE
EYE, QUANTUM LEAP, and THE BONEHEADS .
James’
motion
picture appearances include roles in
LAST AMERICAN
VIRGIN,
POLICE SQUAD "NAKED GUN",
BLOOD BEACH, EVE OF DESTRUCTION, THE JANE MANSFIELD STORY, DEMON NIGHT,
SUNSET, and
IRISH WHISKEY.
James has
also
hosted programs on Pay-Per-View, and Direct TV in
such
productions
as NETWORK ONE, EXPOSED, CASTING COUCH CUTIES, and HOT SHOTS.
James can also be seen in the LA Guns music video, "Tie Your Mother
Down", with aclaimed actress Sally Kirkland.
James was
twice
nominated for a Drama-Logue Award for his stage
performances,
and
has received other acting awards.
He has
also
performed as a standup, improv, and sketch comedian, appearing at The
Comedy Store, Brerubian Theater, and Ice House in the Los Angeles area.
James is still
working
as a much sought after Master of Ceremonies.
James has
worked for everything
from
the annual Hollywood Christmas Parade
on the
TinselTown
Stage along the parade route,
which he
returns to do every year,
to the
annual
Hawaiian Tropics and Venus Swimwear Contests, and annual the
Retro
Fests, Best of L A , Gourmet L.A.,

Entertainment’s annual Labor Day Weekend Party , Singles
Fest LA, Los Angeles
Garlic
Festivals, the annual SFNYE Superior Bash New Years’ Eve Event at
Bill
Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco,
CyberFest 1999, and The 2004 IP Awards in Beverly Hills.
James has also
worked
as a promoter of many nightclubs and special events.

James started L A Nitelife, the cable television
program
here in the Los Angeles area . He then
realized
that just cable television was not
enough,
so he then ventured into radio.
He hosted the L A Nitelife
radio
Program that originally aired on 870 AM KIEV, then he moved
to
97.1 FM KLSX, and Newstalk 870 the new KRLA.
James‘ popularity grew, and still that wasn’t
enough.
He also worked as a
contributing
writer and reporter to such publications as BOLD
magazine,
LA2NITE.COM, Hollywood.com, Excess magazine, Rock City
News, and the Santa Clara Vision in Silicon
Valley,
and most recently, Magnate magazine, Fox Ch. 6 San Diego, and
Entertainment

In 2006, James made the jump into the Adult Film industry, having
covered it for several years on his program; Inside The Industry. James
is one of the top Non Sex Actors inthe industry, and has appeared in
over 40 films.
He has recieved an AVN nomination in 2008 and 2009 for his work.
