and on suspended dance platforms that hover over the restaurant and lounge areas, to the dueling conga and percussion players,

This is a wild place that you are certainly going to enjoy!

  The menu features an exotic blend of dishes ranging from meat, fish, and chicken dishes, as well as appetizers. On the appetizer list,
try the crispy calamari salad with bananas, hearts of palm, cashews, chayote, that comes with an orange vinaigrette, delicious. On the main entree list,
try everyone's favorite now, Chilean Sea Bass.
They prepare it with pan roasted with purple potato rock shrimp hash, (try saying that three times fast)?
and a charred banana butter and Habanero Rum glaze, again, delicious! Also try the Fire Pit, that includes a large assortment of dishes like
Black Angus Steak, Huli Huli Chicken, and Turkey, and Spanish Chorizo and Vegetables. The servers are cordial, in fact the entire staff was great, and they'll make your experience there at Rum Jungle a memorable one. Prices are in the moderate range. Rum Jungle is open nightly until the wee hours of the morning.

Venus Lounge at the Venetian combines the style of classic Vegas with all of the amenities of a modern nightclub.


China Grill Located at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas Call 702 632 7404 for reservations and more information. China Grill is also another nitespot that is one of the top spots in Las Vegas, and on Wednesday nites, they are host to Red Dragon, 
an after hours niteclub, ( an after hours in a 24 hour city?), but seriously, it's a cool niteclub, with a lot of pretty local ladies in attendance,
 and a DJ that keeps the beat pumping. Asian dishes are the specialty here, and they are elegantly prepared and served. The menu ranges from appetizers to salads, and entree dishes like lobster, beef, and duck. I liked the Shanghai lobster that comes with ginger, curry, and crispy spinach.
I also loved the Crispy duck, prepared with Peking duck spring rolls, and a Chinese black vinegar sauce. On the appetizer menu try the Lobster pancakes, Lamb spareribs, and Chinese beer braised beef short ribs. Prices are in the moderate to expensive range. Like Rum Jungle, the servers here are courteous and always ready to attend to your needs. This is also a place with incredible decor. For example, the bathrooms are really something out of a futuristic movie. Individual module rooms that come equipped with small television monitors in each one. China Grill is a place to include on your list of restaurants to visit.

RED DRAGON,
 is the After Hours niteclub located at China Grille.Of course, an after hours in Las Vegas is really not neccessary,
since the whole town is open 24 hours!
