AFTER HOURS POWER Every Other Sat. Nites/Sunday Mornings At  The Factory on Le Peer in West Hollywood, just off Santa Monica Boulevard. Open 3:00AM to 10:00AM Promoters Steve, Jeff, TK, and associates present the biggest After Hours niteclub on the West Coast.
The best comparison to this one, would be the original Studio 54 in New York. Filled with some of the most beautiful, and hottest women in town, the guys are pretty cool. The door charge is a little pricey, and I recommend strongly that you get there early, and be prepared to wait a while to get in. It's wild in here, with guest and resident DJ's spinning the best and latest in Trance, Deep House, Industrial, and Hip Hop. They don't serve drinks of course, it's after 2:00AM. Watch out for GHB, and Exctasy.  Watch your water and sodas and juice drinks. Try herbal exctasy instead  (their banner link is on the main niteclub page),
 for a natural, and non lethal high, if you need help getting into the mood.
 The music is what it's all about, so try getting high on the music and the vibe.

The Standard 8300 Sunset Blvd. West Hollywood, CA 90069 Call 323-650-9090 When you arrive at The Standard, hopefully you'll  be able to just walk by the wannnabes standing at the frosted doors unnoticed. Otherwise, you'll have to beg your way in the Standard Hotel bar and lounge any time after 9pm. There's a guestlist, but getting on this list is harder than trying to solve the riddle of the sphinx, in fact it's easier to get into Barfly or Skybar. There's two separate lounges that offer a floor-to- ceiling shag carpet in one room, that also is the lobby of the hotel,  and there's a desert-themed bamboo sitting area overlooking the patio in the other.  It's sometimes difficult to get the attention of the waitress to order a drink. Note: there's no walk up bar in this room. Now, on warmer days the pool area is blazing with celebs and wannabes in Gucci swimsuits and Dior sunglasses sipping drinks while overlooking the view of LA. Come nitetime, the hotel only gets busier as the DJ steps in and boasts a variety of dance tracks that give the overall location a true buzz. The hotel overall is affordable in price, yet requires a certain sophistication and style to truly fit in, which is beyond cost. The crowd is upscale, with L.A. Chic dressed regulars to the L.A. niteclub scene.
